Welcome to the Ultimate Workshop! This class is one of the most established and comprehensive classes offered in the decorating industry.  It was developed by JoAnne Lenart-Weary, who has over 30 years of professional decorating experience.  Unlike many trainers, who have made decorating and training a second career, this is what JoAnne has done all of her professional life. She has worked in tens of thousands of homes so understands the important things you need to know to create a beautiful space.  JoAnne’s partner, Carol Bass, brings a fresh perspective to the class and has helped to develop the visuals to accompany JoAnne’s original class to increase your opportunities to learn. This team has created a class that combines the two hottest facets of the decorating world, redesign and staging, into one intensive six day class.  The goal is to increase your chances of creating a lucrative business.  This is the only six day redesign/staging course offered in the world and is meant to maximize your learning experience in the fields of redesign and staging

Our classes are geared to the adult learner and the unique ways adults absorb information. We provide you with two comprehensive textbooks to read at your leisure. The textbooks are accompanied by a workbook that accompanies our Power Point Presentation for the visual learner. To top it all off, you will apply what we teach you in four real homes.  NOTHING can replace this hands-on experience. Each home will offer different decorating, redesign and staging challenges to give you a diversified look at the problems you may encounter while decorating in real homes for real people. Some homes will be fabulous and some will be less than fabulous…this is real world and insight to what you will encounter with your business.  Some homes may challenge your creativity because you may think that there is no way to make it look good.  Four hours later, you will be exclaiming, “I can’t believe this is the same room!”   Then the next home may be one that you think can’t possibly look better.  You will learn how to look beyond the “stuff” to see a room that needs your touch. The “Power of Placement” will wow you again and again!  We also will explore in each home what you would do differently if you were staging the home for sale. 

Staging is currently a much sought after service, particularly in the current down-trend in the real estate market. You will learn all of the basics that you need to add staging to your business.  Our innovative Action Scoring System for Staging is unlike any thing you have ever seen and is only available to our students.  Implementing this system into your business will make you look like an experienced professional to your clients, even on your very first job. You will also learn the decorating fundamentals needed by using color, placement, organizing and editing to create a show-worthy house. 

Now that we have taught you how to create beautiful spaces for you for living or staging.  Time to learn how to make money with your talents and new-found skills. We will focus on the development of business skills necessary to insure your success. How to begin, basic business principles, public relations, marketing, advertising, creating brand identity for your business and supplementary ways to add to your income are just part of the business skills we will address. Your training and support continue when you return home with follow-up webinars,  teleconferences, and  weekly newsletters.
